Crew members can request duty swaps with one or more colleagues. The system immediately verifies the request against established labor rules and duty requirements to accept or deny it. For approved requests, whether automatic or overseen by an operator, the system verifies all rule constraints to ensure compliance. If a request is ineligible, the system clearly indicates the rule violation, providing transparency and helping crew members understand why the request cannot proceed.
