Drivers can easily manage their schedules and work assignments. It is easy to view the assigned duty for the current or upcoming period. Users configure the period as needed like one week or more. Drivers can have an immediate view on the work to do, which helps reduce human errors.
Driver overtime availability communication
Drivers can easily indicate in a timely manner the days on which they are available to work overtime and those on which they are not available. Driver availabilities are automatically picked up by the Driver Assignment module and considered to the overtime service assignment algorithms.
Automatic verification of duty swap requests
Drivers can request a duty change with one or more drivers. The system immediately verifies all rule consistency with the defined labor rules and duties to accept or deny the request. When accepting requests, which can be automatic or supervised by the operator, the system checks again all rule constraints to make sure that the request can be accepted. When the system identifies an ineligible request, the system indicates the rule violation, so the driver can better understand the reasons why he cannot proceed with the request in a transparent way.
